Two of my biggest passions in life are Fasting and Fitness.
FASTING
For the past 8 years, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding the human body through the lens of fasting, detoxification, and ultimately healing. What began as personal curiosity grew into a deep passion for exploring how diet, lifestyle and our emotional state affect our energy, clarity, and overall well-being.
As a fasting and detoxification coach, I focus on helping people build healthier relationships with their bodies by teaching them how to approach fasting safely, intentionally, and in a way that supports their individual needs. Over the years, I’ve studied a wide range of approaches—from water and juice fasting that achieve accelerated and lasting healing to simple diet and lifestyle adjustments that emphasise hydration, mindful nourishment, and supporting the body’s natural processes.
My coaching style is rooted in education, empowerment, and listening. I believe that sustainable change comes from understanding how the body responds to different routines, and I work closely with clients to help them make informed, aligned decisions about their health and healing goals. By combining years of personal study with real-world coaching experience, I aim to guide people toward greater balance, mental clarity, and a deeper trust in their own bodies.
FITNESS
Before Fasting however, there was Fitness. Fitness has been a part of my life since I was born. My parents owned a successful gym in Sydney, Australia so I was surrounded by health and fitness before I could walk or talk!
At the age of 21 I studied my certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and became a personal trainer, a job I still do and love today. Now, at 33 and with over 12 years of experience as a personal trainer, I’ve dedicated my career to mastering the art and science of human performance. Throughout the past decade, I’ve worked with clients of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels, continually expanding my knowledge of diverse training methodologies—from strength and conditioning, functional training, sustained weight loss, corrective exercise, and performance-based programming.
My approach is rooted in understanding each client as an individual. I’ve spent years studying how different training styles can be adapted and combined to meet unique goals, whether that’s building strength, improving athletic performance, enhancing mobility, or supporting overall health and wellness. I believe in creating programs that are effective, sustainable, and tailored to the person in front of me—not a one-size-fits-all plan.
Above all, I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and build lasting and healthy habits through consistent, purposeful training.
Previously, these two passions in my life have existed separately…until now.
Something I have noticed through my work as a Fasting And Detoxification coach is that a lot of people struggle with reintegrating back into their day to day lives once their fasting protocol is complete. They have an incredible experience, achieve amazing healing but then eventually fall back into old habits after a short period.
WHY?
Because they don’t have the necessary knowledge, support and accountability to build healthy and sustainable habits after their program. The challenges of breaking a fast and reintegrating can be hard and without the necessary support and accountability, it’s far too easy to do whats familiar and to do whats comfortable. The issue with this is whats familiar and whats comfortable is usually the reason they are unhealthy to begin with.
S0, after seeing this happen over and over again, I realised that this was an opportunity for me to finally combine my 2 passions in life, Fasting and Fitness!

In March 2026, I will be running a 90 Day group program that is dedicated to both healing your body and rebuilding it to be bigger and stronger than ever before!

Wherever you are in the world, it doesn’t matter!
THE SCHEDULE:
First 30 Days:
3 Days Raw Foods
3 Days Fruits
4 Day Colon Cleanse (Tolman Health Product)
3 Days Juices
7 Days Water
4 Days Juices (Liver and Gallbladder flush)
3 Days Fruits
3 Days Raw Foods
Second 30 Days:
Reintegrating back into family and work life
Reintroducing food at the appropriate speed and portion size
Implementing healthy habits and routines to consolidate benefits from fast
Introducing movement and basic exercise to allow the body to safely adapt and rebuild
Final 30 Days:
Creating tailored dietary plans and intermittent fasting protocols based on your goals and current lifestyle.
Creating tailored exercise programs based on your goals and preferred training methods (Weights, running, swimming, bike riding etc)
Instilling the knowledge and confidence required to take what you’ve learned in the 90 Day Program and carry it with you as you move forward feeling and looking the best you ever have!
